GamFratesi’s inspiration for the Suspence ™ series of lamps has been to translate movement into physical form. The shape of the lamp has been created by pulling, an elemental movement that involves physical force. This pulling force is visible at the top of the lamp, where the small tip is visible. Suspence ™ is organic with a smooth natural curve. The Suspence ™ pendant lamp is designed with a monochromatic look: the shadow and cord are perceived as an uninterrupted whole. An infinite diffuser ™ at the bottom of the lamp concentrates light, prevents glare and helps create an elegant optical illusion. Diameter 240mm.
