Nicholai Wiig Hansen’s inspiration to design the Night Owl ™ table lamp was his desire to create a warm and cozy Nordic light shed. The design is easy and expresses that this is an informal table lamp. It consists of a conical base and an oval shadow, merging to form a single unit of balanced proportions. Its organic design gives the lamp a friendly and almost human appearance: it is a lamp with personality. The color names are inspired by nature: midnight blue after infinity, sky blue shade at twilight; and white smokey after the bright light of the full moon. Night Owl ™ casts a warm and pleasant light down. The asymmetric tone provides an oval light diffusion. The shade can be placed in four different positions, allowing the black wire to come out of the lamp in the desired direction. Night Owl ™ is suitable to be placed on a sideboard, shelf, nightstand or in a window.
